The July 2009 Solar Eclipse occurred within 1 day of my birthday. I'd give OH so much to find out just WHAT that means for ME. The astrology book said "a landmark year". That it has certainly been!

Thank you Marica for these great additional insights you shared on July 7th. I have also noticed what you are mentioning as it happens with any New or Full Moon point and of course really captures our attention with this type of an eclipse.

I researched the coming Moon phases degrees for those who are interested. Keep in Mind the center point of the this eclipse is 29 Cancer 27...

April 21, 2010 1st Quarter 1 Leo 32
Jan 19, 2011 Full Moon 29 Cancer 27 (This is the closest most exact Moon phase to the eclipse degree)
Oct 19, 2011 Last Quarter 26 Cancer 27
July 18, 2012 New Moon 26 Cancer 54

I looked through the next round as well as the Moon stays near these degrees...

April 18, 2013 1st Quarter 28 Cancer 38
Jan 15, 2014 Full Moon 25 Cancer 58
Oct 15, 2014 Last Quarter 22 Cancer 21
July 16, 2015 New Moon 23 Cancer 14

So from 2009 to 2015 the Cancer New Moon is drifting about 3 degrees in these three year intervals.
2009 New Moon 29 Cancer 27
2012 New Moon 26 Cancer 54
2015 New Moon 23 Cancer 14
