Sams Super Council
April 11-12, 2010
Near Tucson, Arizona
Purpose: It’s been well over three and a half years since the inaugural Super Council in Sedona inspired the beginning of the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School in its present form. A remarkable foundation for Shamanic Astrology was sourced. The recent receiving of our 501(c)(3) tax deductible status has now inspired the need for another Super Council to communicate the school’s evolving vision and seek support for its implementation.
Where: The next Super Council will be held on Gael Chilson’s land in Sahuarita, Arizona, south of Tucson. It will begin on Sunday, April 11th 2010 at 10:00 am and last until early evening on Monday, April 12th. Night sky ceremony is possible on both Saturday night the 10th and Monday night the 12th for those who arrive early or stay longer.
Please note that the SAMS Night Sky Intensive will begin on Wednesday April 14th, featuring the Venus, Mercury, and Mars cycles, updating these cycles with current information and new insights.
Who can attend: This Super Council is open to anyone who is interested in assisting with dreaming the dream of SAMS forward into greater and greater actuality. That includes anyone getting this newsletter, any current or past members of SAMS, or anyone else who should hear of this through the grapevine or coconut wireless. The Board of Directors have done a tremendous job of holding the school and its vision together these past few years. We are now inviting and desiring additional council and support.
Where to stay: There are a limited number of house and trailer rooms available for accommodations on Gael’s land per her usual fee. See details below. There is also camping available on site and April is a wonderful month to camp in Southern Arizona. This will all happen near the time of the New Moon creating marvelous dark skies for star viewing. We would suggest calling Gael at her place as soon as possible if you want one of the rooms and/or to be on the meal plan. Reasonably priced motels are also available within about 15 minutes of where we will be meeting.

Food and Lodging Details
Directions to Gael’s house from I-19: From I-10 get onto I-19 going to Green Valley. There is only one direction from I-10. From I-19 take the Valencia exit. Turn right and stay on Valencia until you get to Mission road. Turn left on Mission. Gael’s house is exactly 12.5 miles south of Valencia, between mile post 10 and 9. There is a sign that says “That Healing Touch Plus.”
Stay on Mission road and watch the speed limit signs. Gael’s house is on the right or west side of the road. It is the first driveway about a mile and a half after the second cattle guard (the first cattle guard is about 10 miles before on Mission road) with a blue and purple mailbox and a driveway that rises steeply up the hill to a pink and grey two story house.
Alternate directions: Stay on I-10 to Sahuarita Road exit. Turn right and follow until the road T’s into Mission Road. Turn right and go about 1.8 miles and look for Gael’s driveway on the left.
