Morning Stars

I'm confused about Venus as a morning star. Can you give me an example of a day when Venus has been a morning star? (I heard that Venus was a morning star on August 11, 1999, for example, yet it was still in Virgo at that time). Also, what does it mean to have Venus as a morning star or an evening star on your natal chart? Finally, what can we expect from that influence (i.e., Venus as morning star or as evening star) on a day or series of days when Venus is in those kinds of position?

Easter always falls on the first Sunday after the first Full Moon after Spring Equinox. In 2002 the Full Moon after Spring Equinox was Thursday Mar 28, so Easter was on Sunday Mar 31. Passover always begins on the Full Moon after Spring Equinox.
