Hello Jo, Crab, Lobster, or Turtle? In the ancient of days (pre-Greek influence) the sign of Cancer was symbolized by the turtle. Whether lobster or crab there is a hard exterior protecting vulnerable flesh., quick to move away but not afraid to defend itself the crab/lobster are often mislabeled as grouchy...perhaps having well defined boundaries might be a more positive way to say it :) I actually prefer the turtle symbolism myself. However, which archetype actually works for you? Define it yourself and see what happens?
