2008 marks the first full year of Saturn in Virgo since 1979 and Jupiter travels through Capricorn the entirety of 2008, for the first time in 12 years. Amazingly, a trine relationship illuminates the entire year. There will be three exact trines:
Venus
The initiatory energy that was activated in June 2004when Venus crossed the face of the Sun underwent a deepening on June 8,2008 when Venus met with the Sun in the exact area of the sky where the 2004 transit/initiation occurred. This was exactly four years after the first transit and four years until the next transit in June of 2012.
Venus, Queen of Heaven, brightest of the visible planets, has her own magical and mysterious cycle that repeats itself every 584 days. Feb 21, 2005 Chiron enters Aquarius for the first time since Jan 28, 1955 and for the first time since Chiron was discovered in 1977. Chiron will dance in and out of Aquarius until Feb 9, 2011. (See data below). It is interesting to note that in 1977 Saturn began the year at 15 Leo and this summer Saturn moves into Leo for the first time in about 28 years making two more exact oppositions to Chiron over the next couple of years. On March 29, 1977 Chiron moved into Taurus (a fixed sign that squares Aquarius and Leo) three quarters of a turn from where Chiron is now entering Aquarius. More…
The fast pace of change and intensity of events in our everyday lives is a reflection of the changing times.
