“Best Event Ever!”

Actually those words were first spoken by Zan at the Advanced Chart Analysis Intensive this past February. Zan was also in Hawaii and at one point she said to me “okay this IS the best event ever!”

I said similar words to Daniel several times through out the week, as the days progressed into greater and greater wonder and magic. It is the kind of magical experience we always intend for an event especially when we are under the sky and out on the sacred land. However, the weather doesn’t always cooperate in the ways that it did this time and the land was especially supportive providing us with more than we had ever imagined. Read More

Dancing in the Dark at December Solstice 2011

by Teresa Kelly

December 2011 Solstice occurs on December 22 at 12:30 a.m. eastern standard time. It is the shortest day of the year. Solstice is the time when the sun appears to stand still for three days on the horizon. This pause feels like a still point, like the pause of a pendulum before it swings. Witnessing a Solstice Sunrise or Sunset is a powerful way to engage the energies being beamed in from the Galactic Center via the Sun. Wednesday, December 21, 2011 marks the exact Winter Solstice (in the Northern Hemisphere) and Hannukah begins. Here in Tucson, Arizona the sunrise is around 7:53 am depending on your horizon line and the sunset is at 5 pm also depending on your horizon line. Different latitudes will have different sunrise and sunset times. You can check your local newspaper or on-line to find out the time in your part of the world.

The Sun enters Capricorn at 9:30 pm, marking the exact December Solstice moment. Plus, the Sun is also square Uranus. (see Dec 22) Witnessing a Solstice sunrise or sunset is a fabulous way to engage the powerful light codes or energies being beamed in from the Galactic Center via the Sun, the primary source of light and energy for our beloved Earth. (Sunrise is 7:25 am and sunset is 5:18 pm in Tucson, Arizona. The time will vary depending on where you are located.) See YouTube of the December Solstice Sun on the Galactic Cross its about 4 minutes with sky maps etc… Read More

Reflections on Saturn in the Sign of Libra

by Daniel Giamario

Part One

Saturn is traveling through Libra until October 5, 2012 when it enters the sign of Scorpio. This means there is about another year that Saturn is transiting through the sign of Libra, inspiring me to reflect on this great social and cultural cycle, to see where we stand. I base these observations and reflections on the history of this transit and on the experiences of my clients since the beginning of this cycle in October of 2009. These observations are seen within the context of the intent of the transit, as proposed by the paradigm of the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School.  Read More
