The Alchemy of Chiron

Chiron’s archetypal pattern is most connected to the Shamanic Healer taking us to new edges where our past wounds become the medicine, or gifts, we carry into new territory or new realms of experience.

Chiron transits facilitate a Shamanic Journey, or initiation, we all experience at one time or another whether we recognize it as such or not. Consciously choosing to be with this process does not lessen the intended impact of such a journey, but it does help us to successfully support the alchemical transformation intended to take place.

This process is the Chironic philosopher’s stone, changing base elements into gold, transforming poisons into medicine. At this time humanity’s collective Shamanic Journey includes healing the past wounds of all the limiting beliefs that have been the basis of how we perceive reality and the current cultural rules and laws that have resulted, greatly limiting our ability to realize our true divine potential and sacred expression.

I was greatly saddened when I heard the news of John’s passing. I had not been aware he had cancer. John and I met in person several times, and I always considered him a brother, as well as an esteemed colleague. He was a tireless and dedicated explorer of the Mysteries, and made major contributions to our understanding of the Turning of the Ages. On a personal level, I was honored that he listed my article on the Turning of the Ages in Mountain Astrologer magazine in 1998 as an inspiration and resource for his fabulous book Maya Cosmogenesis.

Total Solar Eclipse – Opportunity to Activate a New Timeline

The Great American Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, August 21, 2017 is the first total solar eclipse to cross the continental United States from coast to coast in nearly 100 years the last one was in 1918 and also passed over the Bahamas. (Here is the 2017 Eclipse Map)

This is also the first time a Total Solar Eclipse is passing exclusively over the USA since 1257, a good 760 years ago and 519 years before the United States became a country. NASA eclipse Map of 1257.

There is a total Solar Eclipse April 08, 2024 crossing Mexico, Canada, and Central America – as well as the USA but not from Coast to Coast. Map of 2024 Eclipse HERE

This Video by Dale O’Brien covers eclipses past, present and future over the United States. So worth watching – as this talks about an earthquake 3 months after the 1811 Eclipse that went across parts of the USA and many other US eclipse related events that followed along with other eclipses across the United States and historic events connected to that.

January 25, 2316 is the next time a Total Solar Eclipse exclusively passes over the the USA. 299 years from now.

This August 21 Total Solar Eclipse is part of a Saros series that features 77 eclipses and this is number 22.
This Saro series started with partial solar eclipse on January 4, 1639, with the first total Solar Eclipses in June 29, 1927 lasting until September 9, 2648. The series ends with a partial eclipse April 17, 3009. The longest eclipse will occur on June 25, 2522, with a maximum duration of totality of 7 minutes, 12 seconds.

Some of the eclipses in this series have occurred in 1909, 1927, 1945, 1963, 1981 and 1999. In 1999 President Bill Clinton was impeached by congress but not the senate, in 1981 we had the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan. In 1963 we had the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In 1945 we had the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki as well as the death of the sitting president Franklin Delano Roosevelt and in 1909 an assassination attempt of President William Taft. In 1927 the Deadliest School Shooting in the United States Killed 38 Children and 4 Adults.

Totality
Totality falls along a specific line and you must be somewhere inside that line of totality to have the total Solar Eclipse experience. Otherwise, for those in the United States watching the eclipse it is only possible to see part of the Eclipse and how much you see depends on where you are.

Research shows that the Eclipse path often creates accelerated changes in the places the path of totality passes through. Regimes fall, governments go through major change, extreme weather patterns occur, sometimes earthquakes happen, and other major collective changes that are often unexpected take place. This is why it is powerful to connect and consciously align (as much as possible) with the intent of the eclipse energy, as that helps us to ride the wave of changes in the most beneficial way possible.
