Join us for this 7 day/6 night intensive designed to allows for additional activities on Maui. This course material is usually covered in a 5 day/4 night format. The intent is to create time and space for beach time, field trips to a sacred heiau (Polynesian stone temples), journeys to Haleakala Crater (pictured on the right), and other delights we are building into the program.

Class begins after dinner on August 17 and ends around 1 pm on August 24.

Beginning level Script and Archetype Intensive is the beginning of the beginning training for chart analysis in the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School Curriculum.

We have booked a facility on the north shore of Maui, a lush tropical garden estate along the wild unspoiled coast on the way to Hana. As previously announced, we have expanded the length of this summer’s Hawaii SAMS events to 7 days to allow more time and space for additional activities beyond the regular class schedule. This is designed to serve the needs of those travelling to Hawaii from the mainland or other parts of the Globe. In addition to the regular schedule of classes, the following activities are included:.

1. A tour and educational introduction to organic gardening and permaculture at a certified organic farm.
2. A trip to Haleakala crater at sunset to experience the night sky at 20 degrees North Latitude.
3. Breathwork with Joan Heartfield
4. Trips to waterfalls and a wild primal coastline.
5. Beach trips.
6. The workshop facility also includes ocean-view hot tubs, a salt water swimming pool, and an infrared sauna.
7. Concert with John Dumas and Raphael

The Script and Archetype workshop now includes a major experiential component we call Astrodrama. This is a truly an effective participatory activity that helps everyone physically and emotionally embody the archetypes of the signs and planets. The astrodrama assists in grounding the experience of these unique teachings by “seeing” and witnessing the dynamics between the lineage (Moon and South Node positions), the 24 gods and goddesses (Mars and Venus), and the current life purpose (the Ascendant and North Node).

Travel Logistics:

The workshop begins with dinner at 6 pm on Saturday, and ends with lunch at 1 pm on the following Saturday. The retreat facility is about 45 minutes from the Kahului Maui Airport. There is no public transportation. If you do not rent a car, Lynne and Daniel will arrange pickup for arrivals (August 17) and departures (August 24) from the Maui airport. Arrangements can also be made with the workshop facility, for booking additional nights either before or after the workshop.

Requirements for this Entry Level Shamanic Astrology Intensive:

• A Shamanic Astrology reading or other event with Daniel, Cayelin or another certified Shamanic Astrologer

The following suggestions are not required but extremely helpful.

• Read The Shamanic Astrology Handbook
• Attend a workshop covering Shamanic Astrology w/ Daniel or Cayelin or any other certified Shamanic Astrologer.
• An Ephemeris can be helpful though not necessary for this class. An ephemeris is necessary for the Shamanic Timeline class. Ideally the Ephemeris covers 1900-2050 or 2100 (you might have to buy two). The American Ephemeris for the 20th Century 1900 to 2000 midnight edition and the 21st Century 2000 to 2050 midnight edition or the 21st Century 2000 to 2100 (and there is now an ephemeris for 1950 to 2050 that younger students will find useful) by Neil F. Michelsen is the highly recommended and may be available through your local bookstore or you can order direct from ACS (Astro Communications by calling 1-800-888-9983. Cayelin has extra brand new copies available for purchase and you can save the cost of shipping and sales tax. If you are interested contact Cayelin and let her know.

This training counts as required credit for Shamanic Astrology certification, Chart Analysis track.

$2350 for a shared space
$2750 for a private space
$4200 for Couples rate

To register send check made payable to SAMS and send to address below. We also have a PayPal option that includes an additional 3% processing fee that PayPal charges us for this service.

If you are paying the Full Amount through PayPal contact Erik and he will send you an Inovice including the 3% fee via PayPal.

Note: the event fee is non-refundable. If we can fill your spot then the fee can be transferred to another event or events. If however your spot is not filled the event fee is NOT transferable due to the commitments we are required to make with the facility.

Food and Lodging:

The food will be fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, including fish and meat, prepared by our own caterers. The menu will be similar to our Arizona School location. We will also do our best to accommodate special dietary needs and requests sent prior to the event.

It might be helpful to know that the event location is in a beautiful, but somewhat remote area far from town and stores.
