The Lunar Nodes Teleclass

The Nodal Axis moves from Scorpio/Taurus, into Libra/Aries on Feb 18, 2014. These shifts occur about every year and a half. The transits and cycles of the lunar nodes are at the highest tier of importance within the Shamanic Astrology paradigm. Join Daniel and Cayelin as this class explores the transits of the lunar nodes, and how they affect us personally and globally. It will also include the nodal cycles that occur along the timeline of our lives (meaning they take place at certain ages. We will look at the age related nodal returns, the nodal reversals, and metonic returns.

The Mercury Cycle (Part 1)
The Cycles , Seasons, and Archetypes of Mercury with Daniel Giamario and Cayelin Castell
This class explores the unique features of the synodic cycle of Mercury. Averaging about 120 days, Mercury will experience every phase of its cycle, before beginning a new cycle. Each synodic cycle includes a retrograde cycle, morning and evening star phases, and underworld times.
In the last couple of years, our understanding of the Mercury cycle has again evolved to include additional phases, as well as discovering a new understanding for when to begin the Mercury Cycle. The Mercury mythos (or phases) includes the illumined teacher, psychopomp, trickster, shape shifter, thief, jester, guardian of the threshold, and alchemist. Also explored in this teleclass will be the Aquarius, Gemini and Libra overtones of Mercury.
Following this first class we will then have a second class or Part 2 that will feature the rest of the Mercury story. Part 2 will look at the elements of the signs how these elements relate to the current life intent through right brain left brain expressions of the Mind. Plus Part 2 will take look at Mercury the Mercury returns that happen near the birthday at certain ages.
The Asteroid Vesta in Shamanic Astrology

On April 13, 2014, the asteroid Vesta reached opposition with the Sun in the sign of Libra. This opposition marks a new synodic cycle in the Vesta Initiation Process. Introduced to Shamanic Astrology by the Managing Director of SAMS, Erik Roth, Vesta plays a role in one’s rhythm or life beat. It is the “Sacred Devotion to One’s Inner Hearth.” The flame that burns in the center of the hearth and home has an archetypal rhythm that emerges slowly over one’s life. In this teleclass you will learn how Vesta is integrated in you own life and how the Vesta Synodic Cycle can point to where your natural rhythm is located. Also, Erik and Cayelin discuss the timing of Vesta’s opposition with the Sun closely matching a similar cycle with Mars, both in the same sign of Libra.
The New Mars Synodic Cycle

5:30 pm Pacific Time - On April 8, 2014, a new synodic cycle of Mars began. Over an average of 26 months, Mars goes through every phase of his unique planetary cycle. Each time Mars begins a new cycle there is a specific archetype of the masculine principle that is being emphasized. In April, the focus for the universal animus and the sacred masculine in both men and women, shifted to Libra. Daniel and Cayelin explore the unique synodic cycle of Mars and its importance in the individual chart, as well as the global and cultural implications. This inquiry includes looking at the question about how the sign of Libra contributes to the sacred masculine at the Turning of the Ages?
